What Intermedia Email Marketing is
Intermedia Email Marketing is the email marketing and newsletter platform of Intermedia, with a Greek interface, built for e-shops and businesses in Greece. It includes a drag & drop campaign editor, scheduled sends, automations, contact lists, signup forms and per-recipient statistics. Plans start at €15 a month for 1,000 contacts and 5,000 emails.
Newsletters go out from your own domain, with SPF, DKIM and DMARC set up by us. The platform connects to WooCommerce through our own plugin and to the lead forms of your Facebook and Instagram ads. You send on your own, or you hand the newsletter to us, from €100 a month for two sends.

The platform is ours, and we set it up for you. If you need something that does not exist yet, such as an automatic email to everyone who fills in a Meta form or a different template per customer type, we add it ourselves, without waiting on a third party.
If you send yourself, yes, on templates where you only add text and products. If you have no time, with the managed newsletter we choose the products and offers together, and we do the copy, the build and the sending.
Yes. Leads from Facebook and Instagram forms land in the right list automatically in about a minute and get the first email while they still remember the ad. If we already run your ads, the newsletter report comes together with the ads report.
To contacts who gave their details to you: customers, newsletter sign-ups, leads from forms. Not to bought lists. Before you send, you confirm explicitly that you have your recipients’ consent. Every email has an unsubscribe link that cannot be removed, and anyone who unsubscribes comes back only through their own confirmation. If a send shows many bounces or spam complaints, it stops automatically to protect your domain.
A few weeks before your big sends. A domain that sends regularly builds a good reputation with email providers, while a first bulk send in Black Friday week, from a domain that has never sent before, reaches inboxes with more difficulty.
