1. Data controller
The controller of the data collected through intermedia.gr is [official company name], [registered address], VAT [VAT number]. For any matter related to your personal data you can contact us at info@intermedia.gr.
2. What data we collect and why
The site does not require an account and does not sell online. Data is collected only in the following cases:
- Contact / quote form: full name, email, phone (optional) and the content of your message. We use them solely to answer your request and communicate with you about it (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and our legitimate interest in replying to whoever writes to us).
- Technical server logs: IP address, date/time and page visited, as automatically recorded by every web server for security and proper operation. They are deleted at regular intervals.
3. Cookies and visitor statistics
For its operation the site uses only technically necessary elements. In addition, we use the statistics tool Google Analytics 4 by Google Ireland Ltd, which is activated only if you accept it in the banner shown on your first visit. If you decline or do not respond, no statistics cookie is stored on your device.
- What it does: it shows us, in aggregate, how the site is used (which pages are read, on what devices, where the visit came from), so we can improve it.
- Which cookies it sets: cookies of the form _ga and _ga_*, with a maximum duration of 13 months. IP addresses are not stored by Google Analytics 4.
- Changing your mind: through the «Cookie settings» link at the bottom of every page you can withdraw or give your consent at any time. Your choice is stored locally on your device for 12 months.
More about data processing by Google: policies.google.com/privacy.
4. Where the data is stored
The site is hosted on Konet's own infrastructure in a datacenter within the European Union (Frankfurt, Germany). Contact form messages are delivered to our company email and are kept for as long as needed to handle the request and any cooperation that follows.
5. Who it is shared with
Your data is not sold and is not shared with third parties for advertising purposes. Access is limited to our staff handling the requests, and to providers technically required for operation (hosting, email), who are bound by corresponding confidentiality obligations.
6. Your rights
Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability and objection regarding your data. To exercise any right, email us at info@intermedia.gr and we will respond as soon as possible, within the deadlines of the regulation. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).
7. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when the way the site operates changes. The date of the last update is always shown at the top of the page.
